Multiple users have reported that the 1923 series is not available or not showing on the Paramount Plus or Amazon Prime subscription service.

Affected customers can only view the trailer or a bonus video when they attempt to watch the first episode of 1923. Either the episode isn’t there or it’s completely unavailable.
This is particularly strange considering that Yellowstone’s sequel, 1923, is a Paramount Plus exclusive series. Subscribers have become anxious because they are unable to see the broadcast no matter how hard they try.
“Been trying to watch 1923 on Paramount. Anyone else know what time it premiers? I’ve seen info that says 9 pm, 12 am and 3 am yesterday or today. I’m so confused. It’s been a crappy day. Love to you all,” a user posted.
“Why isn’t the first episode on my watchlist? The trailer is but not the first episode! Any idea why?” another user posted.
Subscribers of Amazon Prime who have the Paramount Plus add-on are also impacted because they get notified about the episode even though it is not yet accessible.
Despite having purchased the Paramount Plus add-on, some Amazon Prime users think they have been scammed because they are not receiving the show’s episodes.
“Can’t believe you SCAMMED everyone who subscribed through @PrimeVideo! My son and I were so excited to watch! I might skip it now just because you ripped us off! Enjoy your sacks of cash,” an affected user shared.
Additionally, Paramount Plus subscribers on Amazon Prime will already have to wait an extra day to watch the episode.
However, some Prime subscribers have canceled their subscriptions or are about to do so as a result of the extreme situations that have resulted from this.
Issue acknowledged + update
The Paramount Plus support team has acknowledged the issue and replied to a user’s complaint.

Despite the fact that many people were unable to watch the show’s premiere, it still broke the previous Paramount+ viewing record.
