President Joe Biden said Monday that the devastation from Hurricane Helene, which has killed more than 100 people across the southeastern United States, was “absolutely” caused by climate change.
“Absolutely, positively, unequivocally, yes, yes, yes, yes,” Biden told reporters in the Oval Office when asked if climate change was to blame for the trail of destruction left by the storm.
