President Joe Biden said in the wake of the deadly truck-ramming on a New Year’s crowd in New Orleans that the United States will not tolerate attacks on its people.

“There is no justification for violence of any kind, and we will not tolerate any attack on any of our nation’s communities,” Biden said in a statement after the early morning assault that left at least 10 dead and more than 35 injured.
