Rescuers are on the scene after a Boeing 737 cargo plane crashed off the coast of West Oahu, Hawaii on Friday morning, with two people on board, according to CNBC.

According to the state Department of Transportation, it happened around 1:45 a.m., about two miles from Kalaeloa Airport.
The FAA stated that, “the pilots had reported engine trouble and were attempting to return to Honolulu when they were forced to land the aircraft in the water.”
The US Coast Guard is on the scene with a boat, helicopter, and C-130 plane.
According to reports, both pilots on the plane has been rescued.
The Honolulu Fire Department is also on the scene.
