China’s top diplomat Wang Yi on Monday stressed the importance of “dialogue and cooperation” with Germany in a meeting with his counterpart in Beijing, the Chinese foreign ministry said.
“As the world’s second and third largest economies,” China and Germany must improve ties “as great powers in a turbulent international situation,” Wang told Annalena Baerbock, according to a readout of the talks.
