Elon Musk has promised to release everything concerning Twitter censorship.

Elon Musk, the current CEO of Twitter, informed the company’s founder Jack Dorsey that “everything we find” about the restriction of free speech on the social media network “will be released.” However, the Twitter boss cautioned that some incriminating data may have been erased.

Musk also claimed in an online debate with Jack Dorsey that the former CEO was kept out of the loop by subordinates who plotted behind his back.“Most important data was hidden (from you too) and some may have been deleted, but everything we find will be released,” the Tesla CEO tweeted Thursday.

Musk’s assurance came in response to Dorsey’s reaction to the ongoing delay in the release of the second batch of “Twitter Files.”

Following independent journalist Matt Taibbi’s shocking disclosures on Friday, Musk said that “Episode 2” would be released the next day.

Instead, he responded on Sunday with a tweet that said, “Looks like we will need another day or so.”

“If the goal is transparency to build trust, why not just release everything without filter and let people judge for themselves?” Dorsey tweeted. “Including all discussions around current and future actions? Make everything public now,” he wrote.

So far, significant discoveries have been made, with many chat logs publicly released.

The back-and-forth happened just a day after Musk fired Twitter deputy general counsel Jim Baker.

Baker fired by Musk

Baker was fired, according to Musk, for his “possible role in suppression of information important to the public dialogue.”

Musk stated that he confronted Baker about Twitter’s notorious ban on The Post’s blockbuster October 2020 reveal of Hunter Biden’s laptop and considered Baker’s responses “unconvincing.”

Taibbi also tweeted on Tuesday that Baker was responsible for the nearly 90-minute lag in the release of his “Twitter Files” tweets on Friday.

Baker had been “vetting” the basic material, according to Taibbi, “without knowledge of new management.”

Taibbi further stated that Weiss discovered Baker’s involvement after learning “that the person in charge of releasing the files was someone named Jim.”
