Google Pixel 11 Pro vs Pixel 10 Pro: Price
The Pixel 10 Pro launched on August 20, 2025, at $999 for the 128GB model. According to Google, the new Pixel 11 Pro comes with a starting price of $1,099. However, the new model comes with double (256GB) the storage capacity of the Pixel 10 Pro.
With an increase in the storage capacity and advancement of features in the new model, one can safely say that the $100 price difference is certainly worth it. Of course, the increase in storage isn’t just about doubling the numbers. The 2025 model ran on slower UFS 3.1 storage. As for the new model, it runs on faster UFS 4.0 storage, which is the real deal.
Speaking of advanced features, the new Pixel 11 Pro comes with increased charging speeds. Additionally, the smartphone also comes with upgrades to its camera system.
Pixel 11 Pro vs Pixel 10 Pro: Camera
Google made the biggest changes to the camera system of the new Pixel 11 Pro model. The 2025 Pixel 10 Pro launched with a 50MP main camera. It also features a 48MP ultrawide camera (with 123° FoV) and a 48MP 5x telephoto camera. Overall, the camera has up to 100x zoom capability.
While the camera setup of the Pixel 11 Pro is similar to that of the Pixel 10 Pro, the new model introduces new sensors. The new device comes with a 50MP main wide sensor (1/1.3″) and a 48MP ultrawide lens. Also, the 11 Pro comes with a larger 48MP 5x periscope telephoto sensor, which supports 30% more light sensitivity. With this upgrade, the new Pixel 11 Pro model can capture much brighter and cleaner zoomed-in photos. Google also designed the new phone’s camera to allow for up to 120x AI-powered Pro Zoom.
Furthermore, the new smartphone comes with the new Tensor G6 image processor. This, together with the upgraded cameras, will bring a significant improvement to low-light photography. Moreover, the new processor comes with an upgraded Image Signal Processor (ISP), which can make Night Sight processing up to 4.5 times faster, according to Google.
That’s not all; the 2025 model comes with portrait mode telephoto of 2x. On the new model, the capability jumps to 5x. Besides, the new smartphone comes with Pro Zoom that reaches 120x instead of 100x that came with the Pixel 10 Pro.
Design & display
There’s not much of an upgrade in terms of the design of both models. They both look pretty similar, except that the new Pixel 11 Pro model is a bit slimmer and lighter. In addition, the new model comes with a redesigned camera bar.
As for display, both Pro models feature a 6.3-inch LTPO OLED display at a refresh rate of 120Hz. However, the 2025 model only reaches up to 3,300 nits of peak brightness, which is low compared to Pixel 11 Pro’s 3,600 nits. The bottom line is that both phones offer a similar display experience. The only difference is that the new model offers a brighter screen.
Another significant addition in terms of display is that the Pixel 11 Pro comes with the new HiLight feature. It works by helping you to stay present by minimizing distractions. As noted by Google, this feature uses “color-coded lights to notify you of certain timely information”. This ensures you stay informed without having to view your screen.
Performance & Battery
There’s a significant upgrade in terms of phone performance. The Pixel 10 Pro runs with Google’s Tensor G5 processor. However, the new model comes powered by Google’s new Tensor G6.
According to Google, the new G6 processor gives up to 25% better performance when compared to G5. Additionally, the company noted that G6 offers 20% better power efficiency than G5. With G6, you can also expect 15% quicker app loading capability.
In addition to the new Tensor G6, Pixel 11 Pro also comes with a new Titan M3 security chip. This chip offers support for post-quantum encryption. And it’s worth noting that the new smartphone also comes with a downgrade. It comes with a base Pixel 11 Pro, which has 12GB. However, the Pixel 10 Pro features 16GB of RAM.
