With this feature on, you do not have to remove your mask or enter a passcode to unlock your iPhone.
Default Music Streaming Service
Apple Music might not remain your default music player any longer. There’s a new feature in iOS 14.5 and iPadOS 14.5 that lets you choose a default streaming music service when asking Siri to play songs. When you ask Siri to play something in iOS 14.5, it will provide you a list of third-party music streaming services including the Apple Music app.

iOS 14.5 will include several new emoji characters including heart on fire, mending heart, exhaling face, face with spiral eyes, in addition with different gender options for people. There are also new couple emojis that have new skin tone variations.

iOS 14.5 and WatchOS 7.4 allow AirPlay 2 support for Apple Fitness+, enabling Apple Fitness+ users to AirPlay their workouts to a compatible AirPlay 2-enabled device.
App Tracking Transparency
iOS 14.5 introduces privacy changes that will require apps to ask for user permission before tracking data and activity. If you do not allow an app to track you with a random advertising identifier, that app is not allowed to use non-Apple sanctioned tools to evade the rules.
Dual-SIM 5G global support
Dual-SIM global support means you can take benefit of the phone’s physical SIM slot and digital eSIM to get two services on the same phone. This support was previously only available in China.
