Iraq vows to safeguard itself against ‘any terrorist attack

Baghdad says US-led coalition a 'factor of instability' in Iraq

“We stress the need to protect Iraqi territory and borders and distance Iraq from any terrorist attacks,” Hussein said in a meeting with his Syrian and Iranian counterparts, adding that “all Iraqi security forces are on high alert”.
