Israel says EU sanctions over Russia show world against Iran’s ‘dangerous actions’

Iran, Russia ink deal to complete major transport network

Israel on Monday lauded new sanctions on Iran by the EU and UK over its transfer of missiles and drones to Russia for use against Ukraine.

“These sanctions send a clear message that the international community will not tolerate Iran’s dangerous actions, its support for terrorism, and its destabilisation of the region,” Foreign Minister Israel Katz wrote in a statement posted on X.
