According to multiple reports across various social media platforms, Scribd users are now complaining of an annoying situation, in which the platform’s audiobooks are either not loading or working.
The affected users mentioned that the issue only affects audiobooks, as textbooks work pretty well. Some of the users also mentioned they tried resolving the issue using a couple of troubleshooting steps but none was effective to address the problem. Some of these steps are restarting the Scribd app and clearing mobile devices’ app data & cache.
Scribd acknowledges the issue
According to this post, the Scribd team has come out to acknowledge the issue, in which its audiobooks are not working. The team is already working on providing a lasting solution to the issue. The only problem, however, is that we don’t know when the official fix will be available yet.
