Russian President Vladimir Putin said Wednesday that Western instructors were already in Ukraine and “suffering losses”, amid reports France could send military trainers to the country.
“They are present on Ukrainian territory and, unfortunately for them, they suffer losses,” Putin told a press conference with representatives from foreign news outlets.
