US Secretary of State Marco Rubio said on Tuesday, following a meeting with Russia’s top diplomat, that Washington aiming for a “fair” and “enduring” solution to the Ukraine war.
Speaking in Riyadh following his meeting with Russian Foreign Minister Sergei Lavrov, Rubio said he was “convinced” that Moscow was willing to engage in a “serious process” to end the war.
