Moscow on Wednesday refused to confirm or deny reports of North Korean soldiers being sent to Russia to fight in Ukraine, telling reporters to “ask Pyongyang” where its troops are.
“Where they are located — please clarify that with Pyongyang,” foreign ministry spokeswoman Maria Zakharova said, answering a question on whether the reclusive state sent troops to Russia.
