Saudi authorities on Tuesday issued brief alerts warning of potential danger in three areas bordering Yemen, hours after overnight strikes from the Iran-backed Houthi rebels injured dozens in the south of the kingdom.
“A warning has been issued by the National Early Warning Platform in the Najran Province to alert of a potential danger,” civil defence said in a statement on X, after issuing similar messages for Abha city and Jazan province. Shortly after, they said the danger had passed.
