Singapore PM urges ‘stable US-China relations’ at meeting with Pelosi

Singapore’s Prime Minister Lee Hsien Loong urged US House Speaker Nancy Pelosi to strive for “stable” ties with Beijing as he met the high-profile official during her visit to the city on Monday.

“PM Lee highlighted the importance of stable US-China relations for regional peace and security,” a statement from Singapore’s foreign ministry said.
