Video shows a stream of water leaking into the basement level garage of Champlain Towers South building in Surfside, Florida, just minutes before its partial collapse in the early hours of June 24.
The video was allegedly taken by a woman who was staying across the street, just north of the Champlain Towers South in Surfside, Florida.
Latest reports say, the rescue work at Surfside, Florida building has been halted due to fears that the rest of the tower could fall.
