US citizens should not travel to Iraq for any reason: State Dept

The U.S. Embassy in Baghdad and the Consulate General in Erbil are sharing the following information with U.S. citizens in Iraq, as provided by partners in the Government of Iraq. The U.S. Department of State continues to maintain a Level 4: Do Not Travel advisory for Iraq. U.S. citizens are strongly advised not to travel to Iraq for any reason
