Biden spoke to students at South Carolina State University’s commencement ceremony on Friday, where he referred VP Kamala Harris as President.
At various points, the president mistakenly called Vice President Harris as “President Harris.”
“All kidding aside, of course President Harris is a proud Howard alum,” Biden said during his graduation speech at South Carolina State University, repeating a gaffe he reportedly made more than one time in the past.
