Bollywood superstar Shah Rukh Khan has been spotted at Mecca performing umrah in videos on social media on Thursday.
The Indian actor recently wrapped up the shoot of his upcoming feature film ‘Dunki’ in Saudi Arabia. His fans are resharing the videos in which Khan is seen wearing a white cloth. Even though his face is masked, it’s not hard for his fans to recognize him.

Umrah refers to a pilgrimage to Mecca that is a shorter version of the yearly Hajj gathering. It is a visit to the Holy Ka’aba (God’s Sacred House). And can be performed by any Muslim every year to ask for mercy, pray and restore faith.

SRK was shooting for Dunki in Saudia Arabia
This follows a day after Khan took to Twitter to share a video in which he declared that the Saudi Arabia filming schedule for his upcoming film, Dunki, has been completed. “A very big Shukran to@mocsaudi_en, the team and all who made this shoot schedule of #Dunkiso smooth,” he wrote.
In the video, the actor also congratulated the whole cast and crew of the film, saying that shooting in the country was ‘lovely.’ He also expressed gratitude to Saudi Arabia’s Ministry of Culture and Films for allowing them to film in “spectacular locations.”
The superstar once again lit up the screen on the world’s tallest building, the Burj Khalifa, on his 57th birthday, celebrated on November 2.
