Some YouTube users are reporting that the most recently uploaded new video is not showing on their channel. The issue persists even after setting the visibility to ‘Public’ for hours.
Hi @TeamYouTube, any idea why my latest upload is not appearing in the VIDEOS tab of my channel. It has been PUBLIC for hours. pic.twitter.com/LOqTNd5JxO

Reports of YouTube new video uploaded not showing on channel
YouTube is the preferred platform for content creators to share their material with the world. However, the service doesn’t come without its fair share of bugs. A new issue has popped up in which the latest video posted is not displaying on their feed or homepage.
A user posted: “@TeamYouTube Hey There, I just posted a vid to my channel and it’s showing on people’s sub feeds and is recommended, but it’s not appearing on my channel at all when you check recent uploads or video lists. Any idea why this is happening and /or how to fix would be appreciated!”
As a result of the issue, subscribers are unable to view their videos, reducing their view count and overall reach. It has also disrupted a lot of people’s posting schedules as their subscribers wait for their videos.
“My latest video is not showing on my channel’s video page. Although it has got 10k views so far but no one can see it on my channel. What to do?” reported one content creator.
According to reports, this problem appears to have surfaced within the last few days and is currently affecting a lot of YouTube creators across all platforms.
Official acknowledgment + potential workaround
YouTube has officially identified the issue and guaranteed users that it is being addressed. However, no ETA has been provided for the moment.
we're looking into the issue about recently uploaded videos not showing on Home page, and we'll pass your report along

On Twitter, YouTube representatives advised some customers to log out and sign back in to see whether they could view the clip on their homepage.
Those who are still having problems can send their video URLs to the YouTube team, who will investigate and help resolve the problem.
There is also a potential workaround that could help solve the issue. Someone was able to resolve the issue by removing and re-uploading the video to their YouTube channel.
Honestly I had the same thing with my latest video I just deleted it and reupload it then it showed up fine
