Zelensky trip to Turkey aims to ‘re-engage’ US in peace efforts: Ukraine official to AFP

Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky will aim to revive Washington’s interest in ending the Russian invasion during talks in Turkey on Wednesday, a senior Ukrainian official told AFP on Tuesday.

Zelensky will meet his Turkish counterpart Recep Tayyip Erdogan in Ankara, where his “main goal is for the Americans to re-engage” in peace efforts, a senior Ukrainian official told AFP.
