A sea drone that exploded early Friday in Romania’s Black Sea port of Constanta without causing casualties is of Ukrainian origin, the Russian embassy said in a statement on Telegram.
“These are Ukrainian unmanned maritime vehicles,” it said, adding that attempts to link the drone to Russia, “directly or indirectly” were “completely unfounded”.
