US President Joe Biden will speak at 12 pm (1700 GMT) Friday on the death of Kremlin critic Alexei Navalny in a Russian prison, the White House announced.
“The President delivers remarks on the reported death of Alexei Navalny,” the White House said in an updated daily schedule for Biden.
