The Bolivian judge who last week annulled a warrant for the arrest of former president Evo Morales on charges of trafficking a minor has herself been arrested, the country’s attorney general said Monday.
Judge Lilian Moreno’s decision to drop the charges brought against Morales over his relationship with a teenage girl while in power was later invalidated by another court.
