Brazil’s government has decided to expel Nicaragua’s ambassador to Brasilia after Managua kicked out its own top diplomat, a Brazilian diplomatic source told AFP on Thursday.
Relations have been souring between the two countries in recent months and Nicaragua reacted with “unhappiness” by expelling Brazil’s ambassador after he recently skipped an official ceremony, with Brasilia now reciprocating, the source said.
