Deborah Grattan Facebook post from 2013 goes viral for dream similarities to the Titanic tragedy

Posted almost a decade ago, the post describes a chilling dream that bears an eerie resemblance to the tragic events of the Titanic. Deborah recounts her vision of a thrill-seeking billionaire who launches submarine trips to the Titanic, only to encounter a devastating tragedy during its maiden voyage.

The astonishing accuracy of Deborah’s dream has left people perplexed and sparked discussions about its potential as a captivating movie premise, CNBC TV 18 reported.

In her chilling nightmare, Grattan wrote, “Had a weird dream that an evil billionaire started doing submarine trips down to Titanic and somehow pumped water out of parts of it, but then it turned to disaster on its maiden outing… prob make a good movie…”

On June 18, the alarming report of the disappearance of the Titan submarine emerged, leading to an urgent and prioritized search and rescue operation. Despite extensive efforts spanning nearly four days, the US Coast Guard made a solemn discovery near the Titanic wreckage: remnants of the submarine.

This grim finding provided confirmation that all five individuals on board had tragically perished as a result of a catastrophic implosion caused by the immense pressures of the deep sea. Remarkably, this incident bears striking resemblances to the dream Deborah had a decade ago.

Although it may not have been the first voyage of the Titan submarine, the remarkable precision with which it paralleled Deborah’s dream—featuring an adventurous billionaire, submarine expeditions to explore the Titanic, and a disastrous outcome—has left the world astounded.

While another user pointed out that the post indeed was unedited and absolutely original.

“girl…. I checked to see if she edited this for clout but she didn’t, that’s a wild dream to have,” the user wrote.

As the post gained immense traction and the gravity of the situation became apparent, Deborah took it upon herself to express her deep sorrow and grief over the devastating loss. In a heartfelt message, she conveyed the weight of her emotions, reflecting the profound impact the tragedy had on her.
