Greek police say dismantled ‘terrorist network’

Greek police and intelligence services said Tuesday they have dismantled a “terrorist” network that was planning attacks, with officers reporting the arrest of two foreigners.

“After coordinated actions by the Greek police and the National Intelligence Service, a terrorist network was dismantled which, from abroad, was planning strikes against carefully selected targets on Greek territory,” the statement said without giving further details.
