Hungary's Magyar thanks Russia, China for 'accepting' vote result

The winner of Hungary’s weekend legislative elections, conservative newcomer Peter Magyar, on Monday thanked Russia and China for “accepting” the results, which saw long-time nationalist premier Viktor Orban ousted.

Magyar thanked Moscow and Beijing for “being open to pragmatic cooperation, just as Hungary is,” he told reporters.
