Iran executed more than 100 people in the first three months of 2022, according to a report by the UN Secretary-General that was presented Tuesday.

Some 260 people were executed in 2020 and at least 310 were executed last year, UN deputy human rights chief Nada Al-Nashif said as she presented Antonio Guterres’ latest report on Iran to the UN Human Rights Council.
