Iran’s top diplomat Abbas Araghchi on Friday called on the United Nations to act against Israel’s “warmongering”, following a wave of massive Israeli attacks on the Islamic republic.
“Araghchi emphasised the need for the United Nations to take immediate action to confront the Zionist regime’s aggression and warmongering,” said a readout of his phone call with UN chief Antonio Guterres released by the Iranian foreign ministry.
