New York Post correspondent Lydia Moynihan reported on X (formerly Twitter) that former President Donald Trump allegedly informed Lockheed Martin CEO Jim Taiclet of his intention to cancel the $1 trillion F-35 fighter jet contract.

According to the report, Trump expressed concerns about Lockheed Martin’s focus, claiming China was advancing in the fighter jet race while the company emphasized diversity initiatives. In response, Lockheed Martin’s official account refuted the claims, calling the report “false reporting and fake news.”
