Russia’s President Vladimir Putin told French President Emmanuel Macron that Moscow was facing “obstacles” in the export of its agricultural products under a deal signed last month in Istanbul, the Kremlin said Friday.
“There are still obstacles to the mentioned Russian exports,” the Kremlin said in a statement following a call between the two leaders, referring to the export of “Russian food products and fertiliser”.
