Russian leader Vladimir Putin, an ally of Tehran, discussed issues linked to Iran with US President Donald Trump as tensions swirl between Washington and Tehran.
“Iran and the Middle East was discussed,” Kremlin aid Yuri Ushakov told reporters following a two-hour call between Putin and Trump.
