Russia-North Korea cooperation ‘not directed’ against South Korea: Russian embassy in Seoul

Russia’s cooperation with North Korea was “not directed” against Seoul, Moscow’s envoy told South Korea’s foreign ministry.

The Russian embassy said ambassador Georgy Zinovyev “stressed that cooperation between Russia and North Korea…. is not directed against the interests of South Korea’s security” after being summoned to the foreign ministry.
