Russia said Thursday it had arrested a suspect accused of helping to finance the attackers behind last Friday’s massacre at a concert hall outside Moscow.
“Another suspect involved in financing the terrorists has been identified and detained. Investigators will ask the court to remand him in custody,” Russia’s Investigative Committee said.
