Shooting reported at an Italian restaurant ‘Grotto Ristorante’ in Houston

Alabama police plead for tips in deadly birthday party shooting

Authorities are investigating a shooting that injured two people Saturday afternoon at a business near the Galleria.

Officials say two people were shot at the business in the 4700 block of Westheimer Road. That address is associated with the Grotto Ristorante.

It is unknown what prompted the shooting.

Although no arrests have been made, police say they are looking for the suspected shooter along Westheimer Road.

Houston Police Chief is said to be on his way to the scene.
