US President Donald Trump forcefully demanded Monday that all air traffic controllers return to work — despite not being paid during the ongoing government shutdown — and threatened punishment for those who do not.
“All Air Traffic Controllers must get back to work, NOW!!! Anyone who doesn’t will be substantially ‘docked,'” the president wrote on his Truth Social platform.
