US President Donald Trump said Tuesday that food aid that millions of Americans rely on would be disbursed only after the government shutdown ends, though his administration a day earlier said partial benefits would go out.
Trump said on his Truth Social platform that benefits from the SNAP program “will be given only when the Radical Left Democrats open up government, which they can easily do, and not before!”
