Donald Trump railed Monday against having to stand trial while also campaigning in the US presidential election, after a judge ordered jury selection to begin in April over his alleged paying of hush money to a porn star.

“I don’t know how you can have a trial that’s going on right in the middle of an election. Not fair. Not fair,” said the former president who is set to run against Joe Biden on the November vote.
