Ukrainian attack drones were responsible for overnight strikes on oil storage facilities located in western Russia, a source in the Ukrainian defence sector to AFP on Wednesday.
“SBU (Security Service of Ukraine) drones hit two oil depots in the Smolensk region,” the source said, hours after Russian regional officials initially announced the attacks.
