Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky has cancelled all upcoming international trips his press secretary said Wednesday, amid a new Russian offensive on the northeastern Kharkiv region.
The president “has instructed that all international events scheduled for the coming days be postponed and new dates coordinated,” Sergiy Nykyforov said in a post on Facebook.
