The United States on Tuesday condemned North Korea’s firing of a medium-range ballistic missile, calling it a threat to the region.
“The United States condemns the DPRK’s April 2 ballistic missile launch,” a State Department spokesperson said, using the North’s official name, the Democratic People’s Republic of Korea.
“These launches pose a threat to the DPRK’s neighbors and undermine regional security.”
