The United States will soon announce new military aid for Kyiv, Defense Secretary Lloyd Austin said Thursday, after warning that thousands of North Korean troops have been deployed to Russia’s Kursk region near Ukraine.
“The United States will announce additional security assistance for Ukraine in the coming days,” Austin said at a joint news conference with top American and South Korean defense and diplomatic officials.
