Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky said Monday that Kyiv and Washington still have divergent positions on the key question of ceding Ukrainian territory after two days of talks in Berlin aimed at ending the war with Russia.
“There has been sufficient dialogue on the territory, and I think that, frankly speaking, we still have different positions, but I believe that my colleagues have heard my personal position,” Zelensky told reporters.
