Pope Francis said Monday that papal voyages were not as easy as they used to be, as the 86-year-old pontiff completed the 43rd trip of his decade-long papacy.
“I’ll tell you the truth, for me taking a trip now, it’s not as easy as in the beginning, there are limitations, in walking,” said the pope, when asked by reporters on his return from Mongolia what future official trips he envisioned.
