Also, the analytics company explained that Bill Gates’ conspiracy theory about microchip implants came out 18,000 times daily in April.
Most posts say the billionaire will launch human-implantable capsules, with digital certificates having the ability to identify coronavirus patients. The claims came following a platform (Biohackinfo), bringing up stories, and utilizing Bill Gates’ Q&A session on Reddit, in March, as a springboard for rumors.
During the Q&A session, Bill Gates was asked for his opinion about changes to business as a result of the pandemic. He replied saying:
“The question of which businesses should keep going is tricky. Certainly the food supply and the health system. We still need water, electricity, and the internet. Supply chains for critical things need maintenance. Countries are still figuring out what to keep running,” he wrote. “Eventually we will have some digital certificates to show who recovers or tested recently or when we have a vaccine who has received it.”
However, Biohackinfo went ahead to post that,
“quantum dot dye would be used as human implantable capsules that have ‘digital certificates’ which can show who has been tested for the coronavirus.”
That’s how Bill Gates’ coronavirus conspiracy on the microchip implants started on social media. Nonetheless, the platform has claimed it was only referring to a quantum tattoos study funded by the Gates Foundation.

“The reference to digital certificates only relates to efforts to build an open-source digital platform that extends support for home-based coronavirus testing.”
Bill Gates did mention using digital certificates with health records to fight coronavirus. However, he didn’t say he is utilizing it as a microchip implant, as many people claim. Therefore, we can also consider this as one of the conspiracy theories spreading about the coronavirus pandemic.
