First UK junior minister resigns calling for Starmer to quit

Miatta Fahnbulleh became on Tuesday the first UK junior minister to resign and call for Prime Minister Keir Starmer to plan for his departure.

She told Starmer in her resignation letter to “do the right thing for the country and the party and set a timetable for an orderly transition”.
