President Biden was scheduled to give speech on Afghanistan situation at 1 PM ET on Friday.
However, Biden remarks on Afghanistan have been postponed, according several reporters in the East Room of the White Hose.
Biden was supposed to fly to Delaware, but he is instead staying in Washington as the situation in Afghanistan worsens.
