Numerous users of Adobe Premiere Pro are encountering a problem whereby they are unable to complete exports or renders due to being trapped in an infinite loading screen.

Adobe recently launched the v23.3 update for Premiere Pro, which brings about a combination of bug fixes for known issues and new features. One such instance of a fix includes addressing a problem with the Speech to Text feature, which previously caused confusion between European and Brazilian Portuguese.

Reports of Adobe Premiere Pro users frustrated by an infinite loading screen problem after exporting or rendering

Reportedly, certain individuals are experiencing issues with rendering progress, with some being unable to fully render their videos and others becoming stuck at 100%. Curiously, a subset of users have reported receiving a “files missing” error during the rendering process, leading to its abrupt cancellation.

As a result of this problem, users are unable to export any project files, causing disruptions in the work of content creators and professional videographers. The issue appears to have arisen following the v23.3 update and is impacting users across various platforms.

“Having trouble rendering, it keeps loading then cancels saying either missing files and or it only renders a few minutes rather the whole project,” a user posted.

“When I click on export blank page is loading…in Aftereffects when I drag video it is automatically speeding up,” another wrote.

Even after attempting solutions such as clearing the cache, trying different videos, and uninstalling and reinstalling the application, customers have been unable to resolve the issue.

It is worth noting that this is not the initial occurrence of users experiencing difficulties in exporting files through Adobe Premiere Pro.

Issue acknowledged + potential workarounds

Thankfully, Adobe is aware of the problem and is presently working to rectify it. However, an official estimated time of arrival for the bug fix has not yet been communicated.

There exist a few potential workarounds that could potentially assist in resolving the issue. One such suggestion is to uninstall the present version of Adobe Premiere Pro and revert to an earlier version, 23.1.

Another option is to attempt resetting the Premiere preferences by holding down the option key, but it is important to note that this will result in the deletion of all user-created shortcuts.
